November 2020 Online Training

Participants must attend all 4 days and complete all pre and post assignments to meet the educational requirements for certification.

 

Training cost: $500.00 which includes a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Payments must be received no later than October 16, 2020. This class will be limited to 20 participants and is on a first come, first serve basis.

RCP - November 17th thru November 18th / 11am to 4pm

EDRC - November 19th thru November 20th / 11am to 4pm 

Recovery Coaching and Professionalism (RCP)

With a greater need for skilled coaches to work in other various professional settings, such as hospitals, treatment facilities, police stations and court systems this training provides coaches with a high level of professionalism so they may easily assimilate into these new exciting employment opportunities. Participants will learn to define professionalism as it pertains to recovery coaching and learn about and develop the various characteristics that a professional possesses.

Recovery Coaching in the Emergency Room (EDRC)

Emergency Departments now recognize that Recovery Coaches can make a difference in this high paced setting by connecting those that are present in the ED to pathways of recovery that can be sustained in the long term. The need for skilled coaches who can easily adapt and work in a fast-paced ED setting is growing exponentially. This course prepares participants for the challenging and rewarding role of a Recovery Coach in the Emergency Department.

The training grants 24 CEUs.
